Wailua Paddle and Hike

| Kayak 2 miles downwind where you will tie off your kayaks. From here you will hike 1.5 miles to a 130 foot waterfall for swimming and lunch. Hike back out and begin your lightly strenuous two mile upwind paddle to the journeys end.
Guests staying at Poipu area or west side resorts will check in at Outfitters Kauai in Poipu.

• Guests staying at east side or north shore resorts, please call for pick-up information.
Food and drink : You'll have a GREAT lunch: your choice of either a Turkey Watercress Wrap (smoked turkey, watercress cream cheese, sprouts, cucumber, tomato, onion, and black olives in a tortilla), or a Mediterranean Veggie Wrap (hummus, lettuce, tomato, kalamata olives, cucumber, and feta cheese in a tortilla). Lunch comes with pasta salad and a chocolate chip cookie. Cold drinks are available thoughout the day.
What to wear and bring: Swimwear, shorts, t-shirt, windbreaker or light raincoat, footwear with aggressive tread for muddy conditions (i.e. sport-type sandals with heel straps or aqua socks with tread ), sunscreen, hat, bug spray, waterproof camera.
The cost: $94 per person plus tax for adults, $72 plus tax for kids 5 -14 years old. (guide gratuity not included)
